Therapist

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Therapist is responsible for providing adoption competent clinical services to YGB families to facilitate attachment and bonding, decrease family conflict, and decrease risk of disruption.

Senior Director, Programs and Operations

Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as the second in command, the Senior Director of Programs and Operations will be a key member in developing the NAO and Adoption Program strategic plans and own the execution of program deliverables.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FAMILY PERMANENCY SERVICES

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Sr. Director of Family Permanency Services will have administrative responsibility for execution of business aspects of You Gotta Believe’s strategic plan as it relates to program matters. Must have or quickly develop deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations, and business plans.

DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

We are looking for a conscientious data entry specialist who can sort through large quantities of paper records
to gather client contact information- stored at the You Gotta Believe’s office in Coney Island, Brooklyn –
and transfer the data into an electronic database. To ensure the success of this project, you should have a
proficient understanding of the importance of accurate filling and maintaining an accurate record-keeping
system.
