Transforming  young people’s lives and transforming the fabric of our society.

Here's what your dollars achieve.

Every gift counts. It takes a team of case workers, advocates, trainers, recruiters, prospective parents, and of course, young people to pave paths toward permanency.

Each step is important and we need your help!

CARES ACT

Recent legislation enacted by the president and Congress in March 2020 known as the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (Cares Act) include several provisions that make charitable giving even more advantageous:

New Charitable Deduction for Non-Itemizers

Taxpayers who take the standard deduction rather than itemizing will be able to claim a charitable deduction of up to $300 for cash donations made in 2020.

Higher Deduction Limits

Individuals in 2020 can deduct cash gifts to the extent of their entire adjusted gross income.  Previously it was 60% of adjusted gross income. Additionally, the deduction limit for corporations in 2020 has been raised from 10% to 25% of taxable income.
