Stephanie Arcella has been a part of the You Gotta Believe team since 2014. Charged with helping the organization diversify and strengthening its funding sources, she has deeply enjoyed watching this organization grow over these years. Stephanie has 20+ years of development experience and also holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She lives in Queens with her husband and two children. She understands the tremendous value of family – and it is one that is undervalued by philanthropic and government funding entities. She is committed to helping change that in any way she can. Thus, she is a joyful and happy champion of YGB’s mission and team.
