Monica has been with YGB since its inception. Her husband Mark was the original board treasurer and they both did the accounting for the agency. Monica handles all the billing, invoicing, hiring paperwork and anything else needed for the day to day operations for the business. Although she never adopted, Monica says,

“I have four biological children and four grandchildren with two more on the way soon!”
