For over 16 years, Aileen Rosario has been a dedicated worker in the child welfare field, and an advocate for the achievement of permanency for all youth in care. Aileen has been honored for her commitment, hard work, and dedication with the Graham Windham Spirit Award. Aileen holds a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from CUNY Lehman College. Aileen says,
