Nicole Green
Deputy Chief, Capital Compliance, Contracts and Risk, NJ Transit
Nicole is an attorney with deep roots in civil rights and experience in finance and entrepreneurship. In addition to serving as the Compliance Officer for a NYC-based environmental nonprofit, she is currently the CEO and founder of Small Great Deeds, a diversity and inclusion company. Prior to her current roles, she worked in storm-recovery and was a Fair Housing Attorney for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Nicole is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Civil Right Committee and the Construction Committee. In her spare time she also mentors first-generation college students through her participation in America Needs You.
A graduate of Ohio University, Boston University School of Law and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Nicole currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
