Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (where he focused on capital markets transactions and private credit investments across a range of industries. Before KKR, Mark worked at Barclays Capital in both Leveraged Finance and
Restructuring groups, where he focused on a range of M&A and financing transactions. Mark holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an M.A. from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Mark lives on Long Island with his wife and their five children. He believes family is
important for people of all ages.
