“My wife and I are adopting an older child through You Gotta Believe! They do incredible work to connect kids at risk of aging out of foster care with permanent family. We have taken 30 hours of classes, completed mounds of paperwork and a homestudy, and have begun the process of matching with a child who need permanent, loving parents. That’s why I’m thrilled to run for YGB on November 5., Please join me on the road to 26.2 by making a donation – any amount will make a difference.”

“I am running the 2023 NYC marathon for two reasons. Most importantly, I want to give back to a well deserving cause. I also am running to remind myself that saying you want to accomplish a goal is not enough. You need to get out there and do it! We are only on this planet for so long. Putting action behind intention will enrich your life.”

Griffin

“Family (and education) are pillars of my identity and the roots which help me grow and stretch towards my goals. Every child, no matter the age, deserves a foundation and the love / support to build their identities, creativities and careers that align with their dreams and goals as individuals. I run to give those children a chance”
