You Gotta Believe: Advocates

Empowering Voices, Building Families: Introducing the Garson Advocate Program

The Garson Advocate Program (GAP) is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering former foster youth with invaluable leadership and facilitation skills. Our mission is deeply rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a loving and permanent family.

In honor of our beloved, late advisory board member, Willie Garson, whose passion for permanency and advocacy continues to inspire us, GAP is steadfast in its commitment to equipping youth who have aged out of care with the essential tools to become impactful leaders driving meaningful change within the child welfare system.
