Ryan was first introduced to You Gotta Believe in 2022, where he served as the data entry specialist and outreach specialist. In this capacity, he digitized records and contacted families to track the education, employment, and housing outcomes of children placed with them. Since 2024, Ryan has served as the Homefinding Program Coordinator. In this role, he assists with paperwork and recordkeeping on the foster care database, he runs background checks on potential adoptive parents, and assists with communication with potential families who inquire about You Gotta Believe’s mission.
