Shrinkhala is Head of Strategic Finance and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to her current role, Shrinkhala held several roles within the firm, including Head of Client Analytics in the Client Coverage organization and a manager in the Corporate Strategy & Development team. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Economics. She has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
