John Weitzer is the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Squarepoint Capital. Before this position, John served as Chief Compliance Officer U.S. for HSBC Bank and the Deputy U.S. Chief Compliance Officer for RBC Capital Markets, LLC. John has approximately 25 years of experience in the securities industry including positions at Barclays Capital Inc., Lehman Brothers, Inc., and NYSE Regulation. John has a BBA in Accounting from Pace University and holds several securities licenses.

John joined the Board because he feels strongly that it’s every child’s right to have the unconditional support of a permanent family. He believes that aging out is a serious issue that YGB is well positioned to address.
