Shante Blackwell is an investment banker with a commitment to economic mobility for underserved communities and first-generation college students. She has over 2 years of experience in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, working on transactions in various sectors. Prior to this, Shante served as an Operations Officer at JPMorgan and held roles in FP&A and accounting at The Navigator’s Group and Ernst & Young LLP. Shante volunteers with America Needs You and is a Board Member at Soar Mentorship. She teaches financial literacy and serves on the Leadership Council of World of Money. Shante earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and resides in New York City. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
