Originally from Toronto, Canada, Amanda has spent the last four years in New York City as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. She was introduced to You Gotta Believe in 2023 through a volunteer consulting project in partnership with Jennifer Pinder and Mary Keane, and was deeply inspired by the organization’s mission to ensure that no child leaves foster care without a family.

Before moving to New York, Amanda worked in strategy and management consulting, advising clients across North America. Throughout her career, she has consistently dedicated time to pro bono work, supporting nonprofits with strategic planning and operational improvement. While completing her MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, she also served on the board of a North Carolina-based nonprofit.

Amanda currently serves on the Associate Board of You Gotta Believe, where she supports strategic fundraising and awareness efforts. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
