Alina Agusti is the Manager of Social Responsibility and Weil Foundation at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, overseeing the strategy, operations, and programmatic management of Weil’s Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio. This includes managing the Firm’s community engagement initiatives, charitable contributions, and the Weil Legal Innovators Program. Prior to joining Weil, Alina was Vice President at Constantinople & Vallone, managed government and community affairs for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and has extensive experience in communications and public policy. Alina also serves on You Gotta Believe’s Associate Board, is a Founders Fellow with Impact 100 NYC, and a Young Leadership Committee member of The New Majority NYC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany.
