With over 15 years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, Prattima brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Senior Director of HR and Operations at You Gotta Believe.

Prattima initially joined You Gotta Believe in July 2023 as an HR consultant, where she supported the organization’s mission of finding permanent families for youth in foster care. Her contributions to streamlining HR processes, enhancing team alignment, and fostering a supportive workplace environment led to her transition to a full-time leadership role in August 2024.

In her position, Prattima oversees the HR and operational functions, ensuring that the organization’s internal systems and practices are as strong as its mission. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture that empowers employees and drives organizational impact, while supporting You Gotta Believe’s vision of changing lives through permanency and connection.
